About Us

Hello, I’m Lucy Kuchta, owner of ClearPath Estate Sales, based in Lafayette, Colorado.

I founded ClearPath to help individuals and families navigate life’s transitions with clarity, care, and integrity—bringing order, dignity, and peace of mind during what can often feel overwhelming. I believe every estate represents a lifetime of memories, and it’s a privilege to guide clients through this process with respect and thoughtful attention to detail.

I am a certified AuctionNinja Seller and an accredited member of the National Association of Estate Liquidators, and my work is grounded in both professionalism and compassion. Prior to starting ClearPath, I spent over a decade working with adults aged 60 and older, helping them confidently use technology to enhance their daily lives. I partnered with Boulder County to teach monthly classes, implement computer systems, and provide hands-on support for digital devices. 

Earlier in my career, I worked with organizations such as CapTel and CarePredict, where I trained thousands of older adults on innovative technologies designed to improve quality of life. I also bring a strong background in organization and execution from my years as a corporate consultant and project lead with Computer Sciences Corporation.

Today, I combine that experience with a deep commitment to service—helping clients move forward with confidence, knowing every detail is handled with care and quality.
